Returns & Warranty

Returns — You have 14 days from delivery to request a return (EU consumer law). Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Email hello@novicoo.shop with your order number to start.
Refunds — Issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or incorrect items — Contact us within 48 hours with photos for a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping.
Non-returnable — Opened batteries and in-ear headphones with broken seals, unless faulty.
Warranty — Full 24-month EU warranty (6 months on batteries and consumables). We handle claims with the distributor for you.
