Frequently asked questions
Everything about shipping, returns, warranty and payments.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days from our EU warehouse. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days within the EU, with tracking emailed on dispatch.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders over €49. Below that, rates start from €3.99 depending on destination and parcel size — the exact price is shown at checkout before you pay.
Are your products genuine and covered by warranty?
Yes. All products are sourced from an authorised EU distributor and carry the full 24-month EU consumer warranty. Batteries and consumables carry a 6-month warranty as standard under EU law.
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from delivery to return any item in its original condition for a full refund. Start a return from your account page or via the contact form below.
How do warranty claims work?
Contact us with your order number and a short description of the fault. We arrange the repair or replacement directly with the distributor — you never have to chase the manufacturer yourself.
Why are your prices lower than big retailers?
We ship directly from the distributor's warehouse and don't carry retail overheads. Same products, same warranty — minus the markup.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major cards (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments — we never see or store your card details.
Can I check compatibility before ordering?
Yes — every product page lists compatible brands and models. If you're unsure, send us your device model via the contact form and we'll confirm before you order.
Do you ship outside the EU?
Currently we ship to all EU countries. Non-EU destinations are coming soon — subscribe to the newsletter to be notified.
Do I need an account to order?
No, guest checkout is available. A free account lets you track orders, save addresses and check out faster next time.
